We've created a couple of free gadgets for distributed teams, including a scheduling tool and an inventory management tool.

The scheduling tool is for teams that have their own office (or dedicated desks) and rotate access to these desks between their team members. This will help you set the schedule for your team and notifies team members about when they are due in.

The inventory management tool helps teams track inventory purchases of work-from-home equipment. This makes it easier to create an approved distribution list for team members, and to know what equipment is due back when a team member leaves the team.
